July 2 to 5, 2026 - International Sign Language Arts Festival
12th EDITION
From Thursday, July 2 to Sunday, July 5, 2026, the 12th edition of the Clin d’Oeil Festival will be held across various locations in Reims.
Since 2003, the Clin d’Oeil Festival has been organized every 2 years by the CinéSourds association, whose mission is to promote Sign Language in all its cultural and artistic diversity.
To this end, we offer live performances, street arts, a film competition, music and sign-singing concerts, visual and fine arts exhibitions, and a professional booth exhibition in the Village.
In parallel, we work on several other aspects such as activities for children and youth, Street Art, as well as research and development related to Deaf cultural heritage through seminars for film professionals, arts-related panels, conferences, and professional networking events.
Sports will also have a small presence in the Village’s program, in connection with the 23rd edition of the FIFA World Cup, thanks to the creation of a Fan Zone with a giant screen for live broadcasts of the Round of 16 and Quarter-Final matches.

Editorial
In 2024, more than 20,000 festival-goers gathered in the heart of Reims, and we thank you for your loyalty and curiosity !
The Clin d’Oeil Festival returns for its 12th edition, from July 2 to 5, 2026.
Get ready to see everything on a grand scale !
Supported by all local authorities, from the Ministry of Culture to the City of Reims, which has always firmly supported this internationally renowned festival; Clin d’Oeil is the finest showcase of the arts in sign language.
The festival is recognized as a major event within the Deaf and sign language community. It now aims to be a reference in both French and international cultural heritage.
With around forty countries represented in the next edition, this festival brings together cultures and promotes the blending of spoken and signed languages from around the world, a festival entirely accessible in LSF – French Sign Language and IS – International Sign.
The IN and OFF performances have now become the hallmark of the Clin d’Oeil Festival :
· In the theatres La Comédie de Reims and Le Manège: a full program of live performances presented by the greatest sign language theatre companies, along with short film and documentary screenings, and a prestigious Award Ceremony on Saturday evening.
· At the Clin d’Oeil Village, located in the largest car park of Stade Delaune (7,000 m²): artistic and professional exhibitors, street artists, musicians, circus performers, magicians, comedians under the Theatre Big Top… a continuous program every day from morning until the next morning, featuring the famous Deaf Parties every evening (concerts by sign-singers, musicians, and dancers).
Even more diverse new activities will be offered in 2026.
A musical laboratory
What could be better than the Clin d’Oeil Festival’s Deaf Parties to experiment with equipment transmitting the vibrations of music to Deaf audiences, featuring a 150 m² dance floor and 40 Subpac vests.
In 2026, a new venue called “L’Atelier” will be dedicated to OFF performances.
A SLAM Battle will once again be organized in grand style, bringing together around thirty participants from several countries competing over two days.
For those who have not yet discovered this unique festival, as its name suggests, these four days will pass in the blink of an eye…
So prepare your stay in Reims ahead of time to also explore the richness of its heritage, thanks to cultural visits accessible in LSF or IS, organized in partnership with the City of Reims, the Tourist Office, and the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, including visits to Reims Cathedral, the Palais du Tau, and of course, the Champagne cellars of our partners…
Enjoy the festival, everyone !
