Good morning, welcome to the new site of the 2009 Clin d'oeil Festival.  For the 4d time the pluridisciplinary meetings will welcome deaf artists from all over Europe to put on shows, artistic exhibitions, professional stands and screen films in and out of audiovisual competition.
The Festival will take place on July 3th at 5th 2009 in France, Reims.
