Je préfère regarder par la fênetre

SHOW WITH INTERNATIONAL SIGN

Do we remember what we lived through, or what we were told about it ?
Does the body remember better ?
Can places awaken buried memories ?
Do gestures play a role in these reunions ?
Through the story of a girl who learns that her father may not be her biological parent and who has locked that day away in a black box, this is a poetic quest that questions our roots, casting doubt on the need to give them a rational answer, and awakening our forgotten intuitions.
Memory brings past actions back into play. We find ourselves almost of time, reliving the moment through remembrance.
On misty days, where should we look to understand our deepest origins ?

With : Aleksi Bernheim, Douglas Freire-Carrasqueira, Lisa Martin & Julia Pelhate
Directing : Lucie Lataste

Duration : 65 min

Production : Théâtre de la Cité & Nathalie Carcenac

(France)
