In Four Stops

Little Max has a nightmare: his hands are tied. He sees a ladder leading to a bright place but cannot climb it and falls into a dark cellar where others are also bound. He wakes up frightened. Is his life truly free? At school, he is forced to avoid sign language, though it is his native language.
