In parallel, we work on several other aspects such as activities for children and youth,
Street Art, as well as research and development related to Deaf cultural heritage through seminars for film professionals, arts-related panels, conferences, and professional networking events.

Sports will also have a small presence in the Village’s program, in connection with the 23rd edition of the FIFA World Cup, thanks to the creation of a

NEWS CLIN D'OEIL

June 1, 2023 - Flyer Festival Clin d'Oeil 2026

Editorial

In 2024, you were more than 20,000 festival-goers in the heart of Reims, and we thank you for your loyalty and curiosity!

The Festival Clin d'Oeil is back for its 12th edition, from July 2 to 5, 2026.

Get ready to see the big picture!

Clin d'Oeil is supported by all the local authorities, from the French Ministry of Culture to the City of Reims, which has always been a strong supporter of this world-class festival.

The festival is recognized as a major event in the deaf and sign language community. It now aims to become a benchmark in French and world cultural heritage.
With some forty countries represented at the next edition, this festival brings cultures together and advocates the mixing of languages and sign languages from all over the world, a festival entirely accessible in LSF - Langue des Signes Française and IS - International Sign.

IN and OFF shows are now the hallmarks of the Festival Clin d'Oeil :
· In the halls of La Comédie de Reims and Le Manège: a full program of live performances by leading theater companies in sign language, and screenings of short films and documentaries, with a prestigious Awards Ceremony on Saturday evening.

· In the Village Clin d'Oeil, located in the largest parking lot in the Stade Delaune, with a surface area of 7,000 m2: artistic and professional exhibitors, street artists, musicians, circus performers, magicians, comedians, comedians under the Theatre's big top... continuous programming every day from morning until night, with the famous Deaf Party every evening (concerts by singers/musicians/dancers).
New, even more diversified activities will be on offer in 2026.

A musical laboratory
What better way than the Deaf Parties at the Festival Clin d'Oeil to experiment with equipment that transmits the vibrations of music to the deaf, with a 150 m2 dance floor and 40 Subpac waistcoats.

In 2026, a new venue, “
L'atelier”, will be dedicated to OFF shows.

A SLAM Battle will be reorganized in style, with some thirty participants from several countries competing over 2 days.

For those unfamiliar with this atypical festival, as its name suggests, the 4 days will fly by in the blink of an eye... So plan your stay in Reims in advance, to discover all the richness of its terroir, thanks to cultural visits accessible in LSF or IS, organized in partnership with the city of Reims, the Tourist Office and the Centre des Monuments Nationaux for visits to Reims Cathedral, the Palais du Tau, not forgetting the Champagne cellars of our partners...

Enjoy the festival!
