Minors and liability during the festival

The rules below apply to the entire festival, including the day at the festival village and the Deaf Party.

The authorization and information file allows us to collect the necessary details regarding the minor and their safety before issuing the festival entrance wristband.

Once the wristband is obtained and access to the festival is authorized, minors aged 13 to 17 may move around freely within the village throughout the duration of the festival. The festival does not provide individual supervision for minors. The continuous presence of the legal guardian alongside the minor is not required, but the guardian must be present on the festival site at the same time as the minor.

In case of an issue or emergency, the organization will be able to quickly contact the legal guardian or the designated adult reference person listed in the form. It is therefore essential that this form be completed with accurate and up-to-date information.

Children under the age of 13 must remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents or legal representative at all times while at the festival.
